Free tracked shipping worldwide. Every order ships free, with tracking included.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once your order has been prepared, it's dispatched by our fulfilment partner.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the day you order. This includes processing time. Orders ship internationally, including to customers in Australia.
Delivery can occasionally take longer during peak periods (such as holiday sales), due to customs checks, or because of carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. You can also view your order at any time by logging in to your account and checking Order History, or on our Track Your Order page.
Customs and import charges
Depending on your country, your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes when your order arrives. These charges are set by your local authorities.
